By accessing or using AuditXP (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” refers to that organization.
2. Description of the service
AuditXP provides automated design, usability, and conversion audits of publicly accessible websites. Reports are generated by a combination of deterministic checks and artificial-intelligence models and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. Acceptable use
You may only audit websites that you own or are authorized to analyze. You agree not to use the Service to overload third-party infrastructure, circumvent access controls, or collect data in violation of applicable law.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, remains the property of AuditXP. You retain all rights to the reports generated for your websites and may share them with your clients.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. AI-generated findings may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for verifying recommendations before acting on them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuditXP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or business interruption.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
